Inspiron 13 7000 full hd - touch screen not working
Hi,
I bought this computer 2 days ago and my touch screen doesn't work. not just that, the computer says it should have a touch screen but it is not installed correctly or that it misses a driver.
can you help me? what should I do to make it work?

I've had mine for 7-8 months. over the weekend, the touch screen stopped working.
The hardware is still working, because when it reboots, the touch works on the lock screen, but not deeper into windows.
Good luck, I'll post back if I find anything out. :-/ Not a fan of Win10.
