Inspiron 13 - 7000 series passive stylus pen cannot be removed out.

I have a brand new Inspiron 13 - 7000 series 2-in-1 laptop. I have removed stylus several times, but after about 6 months, I cannot remove it now and does not come out at all. Is there any trick or any suggestions?
