Inspiron 15 3521 replace keyboard?

Only with an external, USB keyboard.

Unfortunately on a Dell Inspiron 3521 there is no option to replace a numeric keyboard to a standard one. However, you may try using an external keyboard.

It is unfortunate that the computer had a spillage. Request you to use the below link and check warranty status:

If the computer is out of warranty or if it has a normal warranty you may contact the Vietnam support by using the below link:

If the computer is in warranty and has complete care do send me the system service tag via private message. I will check and see what can be done.

However, if you still want to know the model number of the keyboard you can send me the system service tag through private message.

Note: There is a possibility that after liquid spillage the keyboard connectors on the motherboard might have failed. So if replacing keyboard doesn’t work then the motherboard may have to be replaced.

The computer just has a normal warranty (without complete care) so as suggested in my previous response you may contact the out of warranty team. They will help you further.
