Inspiron 15-7559 boot problem
My laptop will not boot. I get the Dell logo and then the white dots spinning in a circle but that is where it stops. I tried doing a Bios recovery by using Esc+Ctrl. I was able to do the Bios recovery but upon restart I get the same results. Any suggestions on what is wrong? This issue started when I was restarting the computer after an iTunes update and while it was shutting down I pulled my iPhone USB out before it had turned off, might have affected the shutdown/restart process?
Thanks in advance! Mike

Try booting into safe mode by starting the computer and tapping the F8 key. Choose Safe Mode. Uninstall the apple update. Restart the computer.

You have tried reinserting the iPhone? Since it was an iTunes situation, it would not hurt, maybe it is waiting to complete an install.

Thank you Jesse! I wasn't able to boot in Safe Mode but F8 allowed me to reinstall Windows 10 and keep all of my files.
