Inspiron 1521, forgot user password! help!
I changed my password yesterday, an now its not working...So obviously something went wrong
Either way i just want to get into my computer, I've tried safe mode, i dont have a back up flashdrive with a password on it, and i would rather not spend $$$ to get something so silly fixed. Does anyone, i mean anyone know how i can get into my computer!!!

The OS password can be hacked.
The HardDrive/Bios Password cannot.

But, it can be bypassed.
I can send you a program that you can either burn as a bootable image or put it on a floppy and it will allow you to erase all Windows passwords. You'll need to send me a private message with your email address.

The post is asking about the BIOS password, not the Windows password - for that you'll need to call Dell and prove ownership. If you do, they'll issue a system-specific master password.
