Inspiron 1525 MAX RAM?
Hello,
I have found two different answers to this ? on google so decided may as well ask it to Dell themselves... I got a Inspiron 1525 with Vista on it, currently it has 3GB RAM, and I noticed its 60% full when running the laptop. So my ? is, how much is the max I can have it at for upgrade? 4gb or is the 3gb already the max it allows?

Yes, to 4G - however, you will not see all 4G even with a 64-bit operating system - the chipset is too old to support memory remapping.
You'll see about 3.2 G total even with 4G installed.
