Inspiron 1525 not booting
Hi team, I am using Inspiron 1525. It video card / display not working in the past 2 years and we are using with external monitor. Recently it not getting bootup and no beep sound when powered on. Our observations are, 1. We have noticed solid white light in the front side and CD / DVD drive is powered. So assume no problem in the power supply 2. AC adapter output measured and voltage is 19.2 V and hope it is normal. 3. Residual power drain by holding power button for 15 seconds after removing ac adaptor (battery not removed as it not working long before) Please advice / suggest the further troubleshoot. Hi ... Are you able to view your Bios screen, if so ? See if your hard drive is being listed ? And if the boot order is corrected

This is almost certainly a bad mainboard. You may find it cheaper to simply replace the system (used 1525s are basically of close to zero value), but the board is this one:

Thanks for your feedback and as told you, we have the below observations
1. We are not able to see any screen in our external monitor (as screen display was not working 1 year back).
