Inspiron 15R - HD 8670M Graphics Problem

Hello everyone, 

I have a Dell Inspiron 15R (5537) with licensed Windows 8.1 (i7-4500u / AMD 8670M / 8 GB Ram)

I have a problem with the Switchable Graphics. When I try to play any game, my laptop doesn't switch to the dedicated card, even though I configured the AMD Catalyst. I have installed the latest drivers available in the Product Support. I found out that my Dedicated GPU runs only when I plug the power cord into the laptop.

I would like to know how to use my dedicated graphics card without keeping the cord plugged in.
