Inspiron 15R SE 7520 BSOD with AMD drivers

Whenever I instal AMD drivers (old and new one) I got BSOD with ereor code 0x00000116 and atikmpag.sys just after widows logo but before loading deskop.
Can this be coused by old version of BIOS?
Right now my BIOS version is A00 and on site with drivers there is update to version A11.
Currently i'm using Windows 7, 64-bit, i have done all test (basic + advanced memory test about 3h) and i gain no errors as in photo below,
