Inspiron 15r Hard Drive upgrade warranty?

Hello community, i´m thinking on upgrading my stock hard drive on my Dell 15r (i7, nvidia 525m) to a SSD hard drive, but before performing this change i was wondering if this would void my warranty in any case?

What about ram upgrades? does this voids warranty? what are the parts that we can change for this specific model without voiding the warranty of it?

Many thanks for your inputs

You can change any parts that you want without affecting warranty.  But if you break it while upgrading/changing parts, it will not be covered.

Excellent news, will this also applies even tought the changing of the hard drive involves pretty much opening the computer completely?

Yes as long as you don't mess up anything.  The new hard drive will not be covered by Dell's warranty though.  The only items that will be covered by Dell's warranty are the parts that shipped with the computer.

You will have an official document mention this DELL where you write?
Thank you,
