Inspiron 17R Inte HD (OEM) graphics update problems.

I've been having problems downloading a few games and even updates from Intel. They all tell me to update OEM graphics drivers from Dell then try loading to download again. Which I have done, but with the same outcome as before!  Any suggestions?
