Inspiron 5759 - Issue with initialize LCD
Hello,
I am having a issues with my new Inspiron 5759. OS-Windows 10. After install Drivers for VGA-Intel and AMD (from Dell support) the LCD monitor gets black.
Using a second monitor I understood that Windows is working. Device manager lacks of LCD screen as a device.
Also, after the restart (or wake) and plug in power cabel, the laptop always fails to initialize LCD (again black).
Regardless of the settings for "sleep," "hibernate" or "off". I have checked all power setting.
When I use laptop only with battery, LCD works after "wake".
Is there any patch or driver I can install to resolve this?
This is really frustrating from such.
Thanks,
T. Kovachev
