Inspiron 910 windows roor system32 ntoskrnl.exe error

I booted my Inspiron 910 notebook and got the following error message:

windows root system32 ntoskrnl.exe missing or corrupted please reload from disk.

I tried multiple attempts throught the advanced options [F8] and still came back to the same error message.  I changed the BIOS to allow the CD/DVD to load first.  I put the Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition with SP3 CD and pressed any key to begin.  Setup begins to install files, but then I get the blue screen of death.

It reads:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

If this is the first time you've seen this stop eror screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installed hard drives or hard drive controllers. Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated. Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart our computer.

Technical information:

*** STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF7A5E63C, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

I've also run the diagnostics and got these error messages:

Error Code 0F00:0244 Msg: DISK_0_Block 13533192 Can't read, replace disk or remove write protection

I also have the same error codes at the following blocks:

13533193

13533194

13533195

13533196

13533199

13533208-13533215

13533224

13537707

Any help or solutions would be helpful!

THANKS

The solid state drive has failed.  You'll need a new one.
