Hi tezza192,

It seems missing drivers on the system. , I’d suggest that you update BIOS and chipset driver on your computer to check for issue resolution. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, then download the BIOS from BIOS section and chipset from chipset section onto the system and install it.

I have installed all the available drivers in the downloads section and my bios is updated to the latest one on your website A01

My service tag is <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed as per privacy policy>

Updating Bios made no difference

The drivers seem to be not installed correctly or in the correct order. I would suggest you to reinstall the operating system on the system and then install the drivers in the correct order using the link below.

So I have done another install, again following your instructions and same again, this has not helped

Sorry for the delayed response as I was on sudden leave for sometime. It seems like the operating system is corrupted. I would suggest you to reinstall the operating system on the computer and install the drivers in the correct order.
