Type services.msc in the Start ---> run box. The Services page will open. Locate the Intel Rapid Storage Technology service from the list of Services. Select the option to 'Start' the Service.

Thank you for your reply. I apologise for the delay in replying to your post. The steps mentioned below may be helpful in resolving the issue you are facing.
In the Start Search box, type device manager and press enter.
Double-click IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers.
Double-click on the Intel(R)SATA AHCI Controller.
Open the Driver Tab, Click on Update Driver.
Search for the driver online.
Once the driver is updated, re-start the computer.

I have similar problem, however in my case I noticed that the Intel RST service is not among the services listed in the system service. I have tried to re-install the IRST driver, but stil the same issue.

Thank you for your information ,
there it is shown that the service is started, but still it is shown that RST is not running ?!!

Thank you for your care ,
I tried that one too and it says that the driver is up to date. but the service still it is not running,!!
but I think that I should format windows firstly maybe it will get fixed.
