Issue with touch screen

I am using Dell inspiron 13 7000 series intel core i5-5200U and 8GB RAM with touch screen display.

Now a days, my screen activities gets out-of-control, all by itself and to restore my screen to normalcy, I restart the system. The frequency of this activity is about twice in a week. This is annoying and the screen activity usually get so much annoying and out-of-control, that I might not be able to even save my current work.
