Key Board Issue for Dell Inspiron 15
Hi,
I am using DELL INspiron 15 ci3(3rd generation 1.8gHz) 500 GDD GB 4 GB RAM WIndows 8.
I have problem with few keys. It works fine and suddenly the keypads changes its functionality. for example shift + 2 suppose to give @ but it gives Double Quote instead ie ". Same with shift + ' gives @. And its same with other keys too.

Please uninstall the keyboard in device manager. Follow the steps below.
Start > in search box type in device manager > in device manager page under the keyboard > select the device right click on it and click on uninstall > you will get a popup window do not check that box click ok> restart the computer. Also connect an external keyboard and check if the issue persists.
