Keyboard Problem (cant write @ from number 2 keyboard)
Dear admin or anyone who can help me...
I have problem in my keyborad...
I can't write @ from keyboard number 2, or can't write/ access ( " ) from ( ' ).
How to fix this?

Hi mr.alakulihal,
I would suggest you to bring up on screen keyboard (OSK) on the system to isolate if the issue is related to hardware or software. On the Windows LOG ON screen in the bottom left-hand corner you will find a "Ease of Access" button, Click on this key to access the Ease of Access panel on the log on screen. On this panel, check the box for "Type without the keyboard (On-Screen Keyboard)" and then click on Apply. If the OSK works then it’s a hardware issue.
Also, please connect an external USB keyboard to the system and check if it works.

it's work, but when I trying to Ubuntu Linux all is well, no problem with keyboard...
may be you have a good idea to resolv this?

Hi mr.alakulihal,
It seems like an issue with operating system. I would suggest you to restore the system to factory state or reinstall the operating system on the computer to check if it fixes the issue.
