Keyboard issue and beep sound

My dell laptop inspiron 5520 have problem with keyboard . Some of keys like function keys , enter , cntrl , arrow keys and some alphabet are not working plz help me with that. And also 5 days before when I am trying to start it some beep sound where coming from my laptop so I immediately power it off and again start it and it worked properly. But some days before it happen again three times what should I do with it

Plz help me as early as possible.

I'm assuming windows 7 is on the system ? 

First, I'd suggest you run diagnostic tool on the system. It will scan for any possible hardware issues that might be causing problems for the keyboard

1. Power off system

2. Power on system, quickly start tapping F12 key continuously. You should be in the diagnostic screen. After the quick tests, run full tests as well. Please report back any error codes.

I am trying to use diagnostic tool but my keyboard buttons like enter , arrow keys are not working so what what happens if I use external keyboard while using diagnostic tool.

Try pressing Bouton Windows Mobility Center key, see picture below. If you're able to get Mobility Center then look for Function Key.

Please power off computer,remove AC adapter, and peripherals - Printer, external drive ). Remove battery, press 'Power On' button for 15 seconds then release. Replace battery, AC adapter, and then power on system. Hopefully keyboard is fix now.

I had tried everything as you said but noting happened  same problem is going on and also when I start laptop any key get press unknowingly like 66666666..... Or ====...... Automatically get pressed plz help me.
