Keyboard & mouse making squealing/chirping sounds

Question

Whenever I scroll down using the wheel on my mouse, or press the same key repeatedly (or hold it down), I hear this feedback-like squealing sound coming from my Inspiron 600m. I've tried muting all sound and turning the volumes to 0 but I can't remedy it. Ideas?

TheGSRGuy, Download and install the latest audio and touchpad driver and see if that resolves the issue. Thank you for choosing Dell.
