Keyboard not functioning

Hello,

I am currently using an XPS 13 but seem to be having issues with my keyboard. It was working fine yesterday, and I am able to log in, but I cannot use my keyboard after logging into my laptop. Everytime I attempt to type, a clicking sound is made, but nothing happens. I've tried restarting my laptop, updating, but nothing seems to be working. Any advice would be a great help.

Any damages / spillage on the keyboard?

Does external keyboard works fine?

Any particular keys or the whole keyboard?

Hi,

I experimented with an external keyboard and it works fine. I have also just checked in with my family and found out there was spillage last night without my knowledge. I believe that may be the source of the problem.

That might be the cause.

Please private message me the tag by clicking on my DELL-username let me check if the system covered under accidental damage. If yes then we can replace the keyboard.
