Keyboard output
I am desperately trying to resolve the problem. Whenever I am trying to get ' @ ' sign but I am getting ' " '. Keys are not working properly. Its only 4 days I bought this laptop.

That switch is the difference between a US keyboard and UK keyboard. On a US keyboard @ is above the 2, in the UK " is above the 2.
Sounds like a minor mixup in the language installed, but easy to fix. Go into Control Panel - Region and Language - Keyboard options and set all the options for the correct language - either UK or US depending on your keyboard.
