LAPTOP IS AUTOMATIC SHUTTING DOWN AFTER WELCOME SCREEN
HI PLEASE ANYONE HELP ME. EACH AND EVERY TIME WHEN I AM TRYING TO ON MY LAPTOP, IT IS SHUTTING DOWN AFTER WELCOME SCREEN....

Press the FN + power this will intitate the hardware diagnostics. Let us know if there is any error code listed.
