Hi Alexbo ,
Request you to provide the service tag of the system ,operating system installed on the system along with the version ( 32 bit or 64 bit ) and the region to which you belong ( via private message only ) so that I can check the system specifications to assist you with the link for the driver .

Hello Jenniffer,
we have exactly the same problem with 5 new Dell Latitude E7450 in our company.
We couldn´t find the driver for this unknown device with the Hardware-ID: ACPI\INT3420
The Dell Service Tag is: <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>
