I updated the bios to A16 and it did not resolve the issue.
The weird thing here is that the fan runs consistent when I'm gaming. (high cpu usage)
Of course the problem is that it's not consistent when i'm browsing, doing studies,... (i.e. low cpu usage)
I measured the speed with an application. The issue is that the fan stops completely and than runs fast. (0%->50%->0%->50%->..) I want to know why the fan isn't running at a constant low quiet speed when the latop is on low cpu usage. (Something like 25% of the max fanspeed)
Can aynone help me resolve this issue. Is my only solution using a fan control application that works with my laptop?

Try updating to the latest BIOS. There are also utilities which control the fan speeds to any profile you want.

The BIOS controls the fan speeds. Once more, find a fan control program that will allow you to program any fan profile you want. Try SpeedFan first.
