Laptop Latitude E5530 does not include integrated camera driver!
I searched in Latitude E5530 drivers but other than the firmware update there is nothing for the integrated camera! Where can I get that driver for my Laptop?
Seems we lost our Win 7, 32 bit CD. Also there is no imagining device list! So, Then I can not apply your recommendations above. What do you advise please?
Thanks for the post. Windows 7 and 8/8.1 should install the webcams driver for you automatically. In order to reinstall you should simple need to uninstall the driver currently installed:
Right-Click Computer from the desktop / start button or from ‘search’
Click Properties then Device Manager
You should find a listing for Imaging devices.
(If there is not a listing for Imaging Devices, The hardware is not being detected and could be disabled in the BIOS or faulty)
Right-click Integrated webcam or USB camera. And Uninstall.
Once uninstalled, restart the computer.
(Windows 7 and Windows 8 / 8.1 both manage the Webcam drivers automatically and will reinstall when restarting the operating system)
For more extensive troubleshooting check out the following guide:
Using and Troubleshooting the Dell Webcam and Dell Webcam Central Software
It’s possible the device is disabled in the BIOS. To enter the BIOS and confirm, restart your system and press <F2> while starting up (as soon as the keyboard LEDs first flash). The Camera setting can be found under Settings >> SystemConfiguration >> Miscellaneous Devices: Enable/Disable Camera.
If enabled here already but not being detected still I would suggest checking the physical connection of the camera, re-seating and making sure the cable is not damaged. Page 14 of the service manual, avaialble HERE, has detailed instructions for removing this part to check its cable seating.
If the camera is still not detected the part its self may need replacing.

Shawn,
Yes, it is already enabled. As you said I am guessing that the camera wires are not properly connected or the camera itself is broken.
Thank you for your help.
