Check the Windows logs at the point it happened.
If it was a sudden complete power off, check if there are any logs in the BIOS.

The system needs a warranty repair - most likely a replacement system board -- call Dell to start the process of scheduling the service.

sorry if this is too obvious, but have u checked ur power saving settings?
