Go back and re-run the diagnostics, recording the error before you contact Dell again.  Also go back and remove the technician's ID from your post.  Including that is a violation of forum rules and the reason why your original post was deleted in the first place.

If i could replicate the error i would. I should not need an error code to get a replacement. I have been trying to replicate it, but all i get now  is BSoD when i have memory i that slot, and only in that slot. as long as that slot is empty the laptop runs fine.

Clearly showing that there is a problem with that DIMM slot and not the memory. Error code or NOT!

Call The Dell Technical Support again, tell the hotlinel about all the tests which you have accomplished. Require

a replacement for your motherboard still your pc is covered by the warranty. If the Technician on phone refuse your demand, insist to talk to a tech support manager who can give you a positiv response. Dell is a big firm who give a excessiv important to the customer satisfaction.
