Laptop switches off randomly
Hi,
My Dell Inspiron 15R 5520 laptop switches off at completely random times. I've given it for service 3 times and the frustating part is during their testing, it works completely fine so the repair guy can't figure out the problem.
After it switches off, it doesn't boot for a while and just gives black screen and a bunch off beeps. ( 7 of them at intervals)
I did a diagnostic and got a CPU fan error 2000-0511 Validation 130122.
Please let me know what is this issue and how to solve this.

Sounds like the CPU fan is not working -- leading to overheating and shutdown. Start by replacing the fan:

(the fan is different depending on whether the system has Intel or AMD video).
If that doesn't solve the problem, the mainboard is the next possible suspect.
