Inspiron 4150 LCD upgrade?

I have an Inspiron 4150. I remember when I bought it about a year ago that there were two choices on the LCD, and I chose the cheaper option. I don't remember what dell called the more expensive one, but if I was to buy one of those LCD panels on ebay, would it work with my laptop?

there are 3 different LCD displays for the 4150.  SXGA, SXGA+, and UXGA all 14 inch displays.  Any of those will work.

they all connect the same way.  The difference is the resolution of the screen.  the sxga+ and uxga have a default resolution of 1400x1050 and 1600x1200.

Will they just plug right in? What exactly is the difference between them?
