Latitude D620 ExpressCard support
Hello,
I am trying to find out about the ExpressCard support in the Latitude D620. According to Dell's online documentation, such cards are supported via a PCMCIA to ExpressCard adapter and only of the 34mm type. My two questions are:
- Does the D620 support USB and PCI ExpressCards, and do they only have to be in the 34mm form factor
- Does the ExpressCard degrade to the PCMCIA bus speed therefore negating any ExpressCard speed advantage?
I have contacte a couple of Dell Tech Support personnel but they were not of any assistance. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

1 D620 do support USB and PCI ExpressCards-Express x16, just 34mm.. and i suggest you a full-compatible PCMCIA to ExpressCard adapter.
2 when ExpressCard degrade to the PCMCIA bus, transmit speed will drop . But to some old pc card, a expresscard to pcmcia adapter is a must. It's a bargin.
Although expresscard is a new tech. but, pcmcia is more popular at now.. My english is poor, hope you'll excuse me.
