Latitude E5420 Windows XP can't install DellSystemDetectLauncher

Question

Hello, I would like a existing XP installation on the Latitude E5420 update with all neccessary drivers. But after download and execute of the DellSystemDetectLauncher.exe I get following error message: 'Cannot continue. The application is improperly formatted...' Is anybody they know this problem? Thanks in advance for help. Regards Frank

I'd suggest you click on Installation Order in the link below and manually install drivers in correct order.

Windows XP reached end of life in April 2014 and is no longer supported by Microsoft or Dell.
