Latitude E6220 - Control Vault w/ Fingerprint Swipe Sensor
Hello,
I have a Latitude E6220 running on Win7 Ult 64-Bit; I am not able to activate the Fingerprint Swipe Sensor. I have downloaded the driver and installed it but I am not able to find a Control Point Security Manager to enable and manage the Fingerprint Swipe Sensor. so far h have downloaded the following:
- Driver: Dell ControlVault Driver (OEM Version: 2.3.309.1625)
But that's all I have, what else do I need to install to be able to activate the Fingerprint Swipe Sensor?

Hi Nikos126,
I’d be glad to assist you regarding the same and Was this software re-installed through a disc or through the Dell’s support website.
Please uninstall the Fingerprint software from Control panel and re-install the software, driver and firmware from the Dell’s support
website by clicking on the link below.

Type in the Service tag, under Drivers and downloads select the operating system and install the drivers from option Security.
