Hi, this has not helped. It always ends in the same messages. I have it in each case also with the Secure Erase from Samsung tried without success. I do not think there is a problem with the partitioning. It can be used to boot into other PC systems. USB 3.0 can also boot the SSD.
It seems like there is an issue with hard drive partition table. Please backup all data from the hard drive and then try the following steps. Please follow the steps mentioned below and then try reinstalling the operating system.
Boot into your Windows 8.1 install DVD
Select repair your computer, it will fail and then select the command prompt after a few windows.
Type into command prompt (NO QUOTES)
"diskpart" (enter) "list disk" (enter)
find your HDD (in my case disk 0)
"select disk 0" (enter) "clean" (enter) "exit" (enter)
I am willing to do anything to solve the problem. I am happy to help with troubleshooting.
How do I get debug information about the boot process? I am a software developer and Admin.
Ich think my guy on information technology should be enough to solve even advanced problems. But I think the problem here is an error in the BIOS or in the IRST ROM. I have seen the many firmware updates from Dell have been just released for Orginial SSDs in relation to Pre-Authentication.
Hi , unfortunately that does not help. It ends in the same error messages.
I think here is a problem with the Bios.
The SSD works perfectly in other Dell Latitude devices. (Latitude E6530 (Mid 2012))
I've noticed that the setup takes a long time to load in UEFI + AHCI mode. Approximately 3 times as long as with UEFI and RaidOn. This only applies to starting the setup! Out of the installation. The installation then runs fast.

Hi zer0x,
I would suggest you to follow the above Diskpart steps by changing the SATA operation to AHCI.
