Latitude cpx

Hi,
 
I have just bout a 2nd hand dell latitude CPx and no sound will play when I put in a music CD. My problem is that I don't know what drivers etc to download. On the case it says it is a dell latitude CPx, underneath the case it says it Dell Latitude Model No. PPX, and the System information shows the system model to be Latitude CPt S4500GT
 
This is really confusing me :P Exactly what is my latitude model? On the drivers page I see a CPx J and CPx H, but I am a bit confused - any help would be most appreciated :)

Thank you for using Dell's Community Forum.

You should download the audio drivers for the Lat. CPtS.

I had the same problem, I use XP, and I went int to and deleted the driver for it, I then used the "add new hardware" function and XP reinstalled it and it works fine now.

You have a laptop that someone replaced the 500mhz Pentium II with a 500mhz Celeron. The CPtS and CPXH/J used the same m'board, only the CPU and BIOS were different, and it is possible to convert one model to the other. What BIOS splash Screen and system Information shows is what counts, not what is stuck to the plastic.

Are you sure? I wrote Turbo Max on mine with in dell able ink and now it runs faster!!
