It's just a 5580 now (no more "E" prefix because these systems no longer have the E-Dock connector), but according to the Owner's Manual available on support.dell.com, the 2.5" bay is only available if your system does NOT have the larger 92 WHr battery. If it does, then the larger battery occupies the space that would otherwise be occupied by that second drive. If you have the smaller battery, then you would probably still need to contact Dell Spare Parts to obtain the appropriate bracket and ribbon cable to connect to your motherboard. It would probably be easiest to just open that system up and see what you have. It will be quite clear as soon as you remove the bottom cover whether you have space for an additional 2.5" drive, and if so whether you already have the necessary mounting bracket and cable.
