M4600 Windows 7 64 bit Enterprise driver issue

I loaded our base windows 7 image on to a new company laptop, I'm updating the drivers and installing the custom software before I make the master image that will be deployed on all the other laptops we order of the same model.  However I keep running into this PCI Simple Communications Controller that I can not find a driver for.  I've downloaded everything I can think of.  I'm wondering if it's for the blutooth since when I try to install that driver it tells me I need to turn the switch on.  Even though it already is.  And does anyone know what this Standard VGA thing is?

The video is likely the nVidia video chip - this system uses the Optimus switching video.

The other could be the Intel TPM (trusted platform module).
