Macrium Reflect 6.3 Problem

Question

Up to and including Macrium 6.2.1549, I never had any problem creating recovery media which booted with the correct resolution (1366 x 768) for my Inspiron 15R 5537. With versions 6.3.1665 and the current version 6.3.1734, recovery media boots with resolution 640x480 only. I cannot see the whole screen, and there are no scroll bars. This makes Macrium Reflect useless. I have found posts in the Macrium Forum on this subject, and the replies suggest switching the machine to insecure boot. They then go on to say that if this fails (and it does on my machine), the machine has a firmware error. Does this sound feasible, and if so, what is the remedy?

Rackbrane, Unfortunately, I have no information on Macrium Reflect software. Only the Dell backup and recovery within the OS.
