Memory Key Boot utility

I know there's a program to make the Dell memory key be able to boot certain Dell computers, but can't find the page with the download... Anyone know where it's at? I've searched and searched.

(it's a utility program that "partitons" the key and makes it bootable as if it were a hard drive..)
