Memory Unusable and Erro on Boot - Vostro 1000

Hi. When I boot my system, system show me a screen with that information above.

So, I need help for this problem. Anyone can help me?. My laptop is a Vostro 1000.

This occurred about a week ago when I was just waking my computer from hibernation.  If I resume, the computer will continue to boot.  However, most of the memory has become unusable.  When I go to the properties of 'My Computer'  it says

Installed Memory (RAM): 1.0 GB (222 MB usable).
