Microsoft wireless display adapter

Hi I recently purchased a Microsoft wireless display adapter so I can display my computer screen on my HDTV, but my computer won't connect to the adapter.  I have a Dell Vostro 3700 laptop with a Internal Intel HD graphics card(Core i3).  The driver is 8.15.10.2900 and WDDM 1.1. I have read That I need a WDDM 1.3 driver and NDIS 6.4 driver I only have NDIS 6.3 driver in order to connect to this adapter.  Can anyone tell me how I can update to these drivers.  Windows update say I have the most recent updates for these devices.  I am also running windows 8.1 Pro 32 bit,

Your best bet is checking the Intel website for updated drivers.
