I suggest that you reset BIOS defaults. To reset the BIOS, turn on the system, on Dell logo press or tap on F2 key to go to BIOS settings page. Press ‘F9’ to load default settings and then F10 to save. Press ‘Esc’ to exit from the BIOS screen. Please check the display behavior. In case the issue is not resolved flash bios to the latest version.
Click on the link give below to flash the BIOS to the latest version:
Please connect the Ac adapter and make sure the battery has minimum 15% charge as this needs uninterrupted power supply. Do not use the system till it restarts and comes up to the desktop. After flashing BIOS if the issue still persists, I suggest you to back up the data and restore the computer to the factory installed state.
