Multitouch scroll barely works!

Hello.

The multitouch on my touchpas has worked fine until i couple of days ago. It suddenly barely responds to my gestures on the pad (such as zooming and scrolling) and if it does, it pretty much goes nuts, like it scrolls all the way down to the bottom of the page instead of just scrolling a little bit.

I haven't changed many setings on my computer.From what I can remember I only touched some of the startup programs in the msconfig, but I changeed it back to how it was before this happened and the problem is still there.

I have a Dell XPS 15 l502x, running win7 64bit, 8 gig RAM, intel core i7-2630QM CPU 2,00 GHz prossessor and Nvidia geforce GT 540m 2gb

Anyone knows what I can do to solve this?
