My Dell Downloads Not Working
Just purchased XPS 15 and am stuck on trying to download purchased software. I can't get pass the register screen.

KVKNSS,
The MyDellDownload site only works with Internet Explorer. Do you get an error after you register on the site?

I have the same problem on a brand new Inspiron 3558. I am using Internet Explorer 11 and get the message "Service tag not supported". However, I allow the syspro utility when required.
