My Inspiron 15 7000 7537 keyboard arrow keys, space bar, n, b keys not responding
Several days ago I noticed that these keys were having difficulty in responding when they were struck. Sometimes I had to press hard on the keys to get them to work until eventually they stop responding. I am wondering if it's a hardware or software problem. I used an external keyboard as well as the onscreen keyboard and they work fine. So should I replace the keyboard???......

How to remove a key on your Dell laptop keyboard
If the information does not resolve the issue with your keyboard you will need to have it replaced. If you are within your warranty the number to call is 1-800-624-9896 US.
If out of warranty you can call the Dell Spare Parts Department at 1-877-717-3355.US
