My computer is not booting up.
a few hours ago i turned off my computer and later when i tried to turn on my computer it went to a blue screen which i couldnt read because the computer shut down a few seconds later. Then it auto restarts to a black screen that says

Reboot and select proper Boot device
or insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key
and when i press a key this command appears again.
ive also tried to system restore with F8 when its starting and
it gave me Error 0x400110020000100C.
i don't know what to do.
Its okay if i lose everything except microsoft office and windows program and stuff. Please help me.

Boot into the bios (check your manual for which key to hit if unsure), and change the boot order so that the hard drive is the first boot device. Or better if you can remove the network/ethernet/LAN from the boot order entirely. That should fix it.

i just made my hard drive my 1st boot priority and diskette drive my 2nd. Im not sure where to find Network>Ethernet>LAN. There is no Network tab in my BIOS.
