My dell vostro 1014 is goes to white screen some times.

My Laptop is dell  vostro 1014, sometimes its goes to white screen,   i dont knw why?

after getting the problem , i am open the troubleshooter and fix the  problem. they said to  be my  aero is not  working well, and shows this  message,

"aero effects not supported  on this windows edition "  i am upgraded windows7 home basic , But when my system turn on, goes to white screen when it  booting time some times.

is this if any  hardware problem or software  problem??
