Why can't you get to the downloads page?

I assume you mean, that because you can't get on the Dell website, you can't check for driver updates?

The latest graphics driver on the M1730 downloads page is dated February, so if you've only just taken delivery of the laptop, you'll almost certainly have the latest driver installed already ;)

I was already on the site, but found nothing to help me to recognize my monitor and my sound card, my setup is very similar to yours, but use Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bits?

My settings:

17 (UltraSharp WUXGA @ 1920 x 1200) ------------------------------ not found;

8x Super-Multi DVD±RW ---------------------------------------------------- not found;
Creative SB Audigy Advanced HD Audio -------------------------------- not found;

The symbols? what the system was not found and I tambe not found the drivers on the site of Dell, would have something to do to find them?
