My inspiron 15R SE is running too slow
Good Morning, i recently bought a Dell Inspiron 15R SE,
and it is running too low on my every command,
when i turn on it takes like 2 minutes to start up and one more minute to load the desktop.
And ehn i open any program or explorer window(such as google chrome, my documents, my computer... ) it takes too much time considering the PC hardware.
I've run MS Fixit, but the issue persists.
My question is, what should i do?
is there a model issue or something, if theres nothing to do i'll be compelled to take my money back!

Ok, thanks for your cooperation,
i've runned the hardware full diagnostics and there was no issue on it,
Can i ask you to check my computer manualy somehow using a remoted network system?
i live in Brazil, but i bought this computer by USA dell.

Hi Paul,
It sounds like you need a good cleaning, optimization, and defragmentation.
Cleaning
You probably need to get rid of all the bloatware (extra programs that Dell pre-loads on your laptop because companies pay them to do it) on your computer. Here is an excellent guide I found to help you do that: http://www.wikihow.com/Remove-Crapware-Bloatware-from-Your-Windows-Computer. You will also want to run a basic cleaning and registry repair when you're done installing those. All this can be done from CCleaner, a free program which is very easy to use.
Optimization
CCleaner can also be used to view and change which programs are all trying to run when you start your computer up. Reducing the amount of tasks your computer is trying to do when it starts up will drastically speed up your startup time. Just click Tools then Startup in CCleaner.
Defragmentation
Once you're done with all of this, defragging your hard drive will patch up all the holes. Piriform (the company that makes CCleaner) has another free, easy-to-use program call Defraggler which will do this for you. You can also use the Windows default defragmenter by typing defrag into your computer's search bar.
That should do it! Your computer will be running much more efficiently and starting up more quickly.
P.S. Make sure you have good virus protection, because that could be playing a part as well.
