N5050 no HDMI working and Windows 10 upgrade now has no sound

This computer had sound working but since the Windows 10 upgrade does not have any sound output from the laptop speakers.

I've reinstalled the sound drivers but only the headphones are working.

I've changed the LCD TV from VGA cable to HDMI but this is not working at all.

I've tried to update all of the drivers but they are all up to date.

What can I do to get the HDMI to work and also the laptop speakers to work again with Windows 10?
